Terms of trade
Prices are listed in USD and include VAT where applicable. Orders are billed once payments clear through EcoCash, ZIPIT, or card. All transactions adhere to Zimbabwean consumer law.
Fulfilment policy
Orders confirmed before 14:00 CAT dispatch the same day from Harare. You will receive a WhatsApp shipping notice with a tracking link once couriers scan your parcels.
Returns & refunds
We offer a 7-day return window for unopened goods. Perishables qualify for credit only. Refunds are processed within 48 hours after inspection.
